Use of our website and the purchase of products from our web store constitutes agreement with our terms and conditions set forth below.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Tactical Gun Armory may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please be aware that item packaging must be in new condition as well (Items in clam packs can not be returned once opened). Used items can not be returned. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back. Returns without a valid RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-865-922-1831. Tactical Gun Armory will gladly reimburse shipping on defective items, however, shipping charges will not be reimbursed for buyer's remorse. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (defective items not subject to restocking fee). If your purchase was more than $125 and you used the free shipping option, your return will be minus a shipping fee. Special orders or special large quantity orders are non-returnable.

All Firearm and Ammo sales are final. No returns will be accepted on these items, no exceptions.

Shipping Policy

 In the event an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email.

Ammo does not qualify for free shipping. There is a $12 minimum for ammo shipping, however, depending on the total weight the shipping total may be more than $12. If your shipping exceeds the $12 we will contact you before shipping your order to inform you of the total amount and to get your permission for the price difference. Insurance is available with all shipping methods for an additional $2.00 (Next Day and Second Day options include insurance)

At this time we only ship inside the US. We do not ship internationally.

Privacy Policy

At Tactical Gun Armory we completely respect your privacy. No personal information (names, addresses, email addressed, telephone numbers, etc) gathered off our website  will be given, sold or distributed to anyone at any time. Your full privacy is guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. However, if an order has been processed for shipment there will be a 10% cancelation fee. Special orders or special large quantity orders can not be cancelled or returned. Please be sure to call our toll free number 1-866-702-4867 to cancel an order. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL. Once an order has shipped it can not be cancelled.

Order Processing Policy

Most orders ship within 48-72 business hours. All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Orders shipped via regular ground shipping can take upto 7-10 business days to arrive. Please allow 7-10 business days before contacting customer service for a lost or missing package. In the event of a backorder a customer may request a refund until the item is shipped.

Ordering Requirements

You must be at least 18 to order any product from us and in some cases, 21. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations!
