How to Purchase Firearms Online
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws.
You must complete the following steps before we can process your order and ship your firearm:
1) Federal law prevents us from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a Federal Firearms License (FFL), but we can ship them to an FFL dealer (gun shop, pawn shop, etc.) You will need to locate a local FFL dealer to handle the transfer of the firearm. If you need help finding a dealer in your area, you can give us a call at.
2) Order your firearm online - You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number on it.
3) Print and fill out our FFL Transfer Form. Please include your order number on this form.
4) Have your licensed gun dealer mail or fax a signed copy of their FFL and the FFL Transfer Form to:

When ALL of the above steps have been completed and we have received the signed copy of the FFL, we will process your order and send the firearm to your licensed dealer for transfer.
Once your dealer receives the firearm, you will fill out all the necessary paperwork with them and pick up your gun.
Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. By purchasing a firearm from us you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.
The buyer is responsible for forwarding a copy of the FFL and all contact information to Tactical Gun Armory.

Once a firearm has been transferred to the purchaser, it is non-returnable.
